A hot-headed and short-tempered girl. Rie is probably the only childhood friend that Miku had when they were little. Their relationship broke after the events of their backstories, making them vulnerable and insecure. However, Rie is the more commanding of the two, always showing brashness in anything, but at times, shows her softer side to people she feels she can trust.

Rie's spirit... is a complicated case. Her spirit allows her to manipulate water, allowing her to manipulate water, or any kind of liquid, and control it at her will. It also allows her to swim at much faster speeds in water, much like a mermaid can, and even heal cuts and wounds using the healing properties of water, but... the way she got it is more difficult to explain. No-one, not even Okoto has gotten a chance to see it... Rie's playful personality mixed in with her somewhat 'evil', and hot-headed side might be an explanation, but... what if there's something else to it...
